    Fuck AlphaRed!

    I signed up for a dedicated server months ago. Customer service was awful! I requested a few things and got nothing in return. I cancelled the server after about a week. They continued to bill me for months! To date they have billed my CC over $2,000. I spoke with someone in billing and they finally agreed to stop billing me. So what happens yesterday? They billed my credit card again. THEY WONT STOP BILLING ME! They won't refund any of my money. Are they that stupid to think they can continue to bill my CC without me having the charges reversed?

      Thats terrible, we had some horror stories too before switching to splitinfinity they are top notch....

                  Well, if you wanted a host that completely ignores copyright violations there has to be something you have to give up.

                      I kepy trying to get them to stop the billing. I hate to cancel the card since I have so many other monthly auto bills on the card, its a pain in the ass to switch everything to a new card.
