Those of you who dont go to an office...

My husband and I work from the time we get up until around 1 p.m.

Then, we work until dinner, which is around 7 p.m.

Then, we work until we go to bed.

When we are not working, we are talking about work.

One of the advantages of having our offices in our house, is, we get to work in our jammies.

One of the disadvantages of having our offices in our house, is, we never leave work.

It's a great life. Wouldn't change it for the world.

Good thread... I tried to set a 9-5 schedule but it never works. The funny thing is, if I set the alarm to get up, I'm still tired... and go back to sleep. If I don't set the alarm, I get up early. I guess it's pyschological. Now, I work throughout the day and I don't have a set schedule

if I go to the office, I get distracted by stupid things like who's spending too much time playing or smoking cigs instead of working.

If I stay home then I don't notice any of it, and only judge on performance of job.

Personally, I get about 3 times the work done from home than I do at the office.

I stay flexible throughout the day when I'm working from home. There are some days though that I need an office to get awayf rom the personal bullshit at home and concentrate more on solid work with fewer distractions......

9A.M.-11:30P.M., with a one hour break at 5. Of that, I would say 3-4 hours are down time. What's wild is when you go out to lunch with friends and only talk shop.

Some of the best ideas come at 3am. I can't do set hours. I work from about 11am and go on and off throughout the day until about 4 or 5am.

I just started working at home & it's MUCH better...so far at least. The only thing I don't like is that I don't see the sun light till I run outta smokes or somethin' of the like. I love the hours I work tho much better. I'm a night person anyway, so to be up late is more in my nature than getting up at 6 am & doin' the regular work hours.

Any damn time I feel like it....unless I have a deadline approaching then I bust ass 24/7.

I just finished busting my ass all last week and so far this week. Now I can take a week off and party like a mofo in NYC!
