came up with a new idea yesterday night, bought some domains at 6 am after working all night on something else, then layed down to try to sleep, but the ideas and concepts were bouncing around my brain and couldn't fall asleep even though I was completely exhausted

I think I finally fell asleeep around 11 am and then woke up in the evening and it was already dark outside, my schedule is all over the place

Go to the gym on a regular basis, or take long power walks outdoors. It helps both with the stress and sleep. A little exercise is the best cure, don´t start taking pills until you have tried other options!

Try not to sleep till tonight and then woke up normal other day,key is to setup time u will woke up every day no mether when u go to bed,it helped me,i had that kind of problems for years,now am geting up every day at 9am and am good
