Has anyone ever had good success with this? We have some sites that translate well (and rebill especially well with Japanese joins) but I would love to build up the traffic.
Just an idea for you - find and contact the freehost owners. Some filter out all or some of their foreign traffic and they would be happy to sell it to someone. Same w/ their 404 traffic.
