    Recommend a Decent Biller

    Has anyone here actually had a good experience with a 3rd party biller? Just curious, I am going to need one soon and it seems all I read about is people getting ripped off.

    Personally I have been ripped-off by three,

    So I am kinda looking for recommendations now.

            Why go third party when you can be in control of your customers and your data? If you are processing over $35k per month (for membership sites and no minimum for products or ACH), we can get you all setup with processing fraud scrubbing and call center services. YOu will be paid DAILY and enjoy rates close to 50% less than what a third party processor charges.

                          Funny stuff man

                          Called your office last week Thursday to see about processing for my site. Guy that answered the phone asked me what company I was calling and why. He seemed kind of confused. Said he normally did not answer that phone. That was cool I asked to speak with someone in sales and he asked me why? Duh...

                          Whatever it was still cool.

                          I called back again next day. No one from sales available - Same thing next day. Left a message both times with my contact info.

                          To date still no return call.

                          Guess maybe I am just on a run of bad luck.

                          Got setup with 2000Charge with 2 hours and no muss or fuss.

                            Paygea can also get you a direct merchant account for at least 30-50% less than what you would pay for third party processing. Some of the established sites already have an in-house solution and just need a solid merchant bank to work with. If this is the case, we offer our straight-thru merchant account and gateway platform which supports cross sells, free trials,etc. However, if you want to outsource password management, join pages, and customer service, than you can establish an account through us and work with Netbilling as the gateway provider. We have merchants doing this today and it gives them the flexibility and control they want with all the bells and whistles a third party processor provides.

                              Spent some time on their website this morning

                              Over 50% of the pages and links on their website do not work. I sure would not want to trust my billing to someone who cannot even maintain their own website.
