A little Anti Virus help

A buddy of mine seems to have gotten some form or ransom/spyware on his pc.

He gets a pop telling him he has to buy "Anti Virus pro" In order to get rid of it

AVG doesnt work, Spyware Dr doesnt work Norton wont get rid of it. I did a google search for it but dont know what real and not

anyone know anything about this shit?
