      I think these guys buy these houses just to shoot MTV shows and then sell them for a nice buck because it's the house on the show .. not a bad deal

                  I agree. Look at ol' 50 cent. He bought his place for 4million and just because hes lived in it for a few years, he's selling for over 18million.
