If you don't mind me asking, is there some specific reason why you're wanting to incorporate in Gibraltar instead of Nevis, Panama or some other jurisdiction?

gibralter is a looser place to inc.

As your new friend said look other palces to inc.In gibralter they will charge you way too much for nothing ,and i am sure they will not accept your line of business.send adultspeech an ICQ this will be an important decision on your part.Eidoos77

Well, we talked, about Nevada, but... Having done some research I think it's kinda pointless to incorporate in the states. Even though I'm not a US citizen, I'll still have to pay the federal tax, which will take a big bite out of my earnings.
