Well, by nature, most fetishes illicit a sexual response;so even an act that isn't sexual to begin with, becomes sexualized by the viewer gaining satisfaction from it.

Clown fetish is a bit out there.

Pie in your face in real; There used to be a guy that had a site where they would throw pies at girls while they stood in one of those plastic pools.

Sneezing I don't really get, nor do I get farting or coughing.
