Weird discrepancy in my adsense stats - GoFuckYourself.com

I use the adsense notifier firefox add on, and my impressions match up, as well as clicks and page CTR, but earnings are way off.

Anyone have any idea what could cause this? First time I've ever seen it do something like this.

Actually no. other than the things I reported earlier. I'm still showing a discrepancy in how much earned, and it's a lot. The firefox plug in is showing more than what adsense is actually reporting.

Maybe the same reason that Google Analytics always has lower numbers than all of my other trackers?

strange thing tho', it was fine up until yesterday....but as I posted above...I did get an auto update with firefox, so that may have screwed something up.

Could it be servers updating at different times?

Maybe the plugin uses a different group of servers tha the ones you get when you check stats manually.

Dosnt explain why it has just started happening though.

possible...but I don't know why all the other stats are spot on...impressions, CTRs etc are all fine, just money earned is off..and by a lot...the plug in is reporting much higher money earned..I was kind of happy until I logged into adsense and bam saw what they were reporting there.

I read on another forum that the developer of Adsense Notifier is aware of the problem and should have an update out today or tomorrow.

edit* - found this on his site -

"UPDATE November 28, 2007: Looks like Google updated something today - luckily I’m going to have some free time tonight and tomorrow to work on it. I hope to have an update out tomorrow evening. Thank you all for your feedback and patience!"
