Any Aussies having trouble with overseas sites?

I'm on Bigpond adsl. Everything was working fine this morning, but having been out for the day I've come home to find I can only access a small percentage of overseas sites. Can't even connect to Amazon and Facebook. Most of my sites hosted in the U.S I can't access.
Just wondering if anyone else is having this happen and what isp you're on.

Maybe just a Bigpond connectivity problem, but it seems a router they use (Reach.com) is down and preventing access to many U.S based sites.
For example, I can access amazon.co.uk but not amazon.com

Some customers may experience slow browsing difficulties due to a third party carrier fault. ADSL1 services are affected. TPG apologises for any inconvenience caused.
Outage Started: Wednesday 28 November 2007, 4:58 PM AEDST
Outage Window: It is estimated to last 12 hours
