        I don't think he was trying to make it racial... but 9 times out of 10 when a young black man gets shot in Miami, you can bet your ass it's related to a gang lifestyle. It's not being narrow minded, that's just the way it is. Calling people narrow minded isn't going to change things, fact of the matter is many young black men in larger cities are drawn into that lifestyle and idiots glorifying it on MTV sure as hell aren't helping the problem.

        Regardless of whether it's politically correct or not, it's a problem and a problem needs to be acknowledged before it can be fixed.

            The point here is american society is so violent and fucked up it's ridiculous. Gun violence is out of control and gets worse and worse. And when your president invades other countries and kills thousands of people to get what he wants, what kind of message are you sending to kids?

            And another big issue here is rap music and "hood" mentality and the childish idea that being involved in shady stuff is cool. And this is coming from someone who grew up listening to rap and will always enjoy the good forms of rap music. But it is fucked up and the image it potrays is a very dangerous one.

                    Sean Taylor was raised by his father who is the POLICE CHIEF for Florida City he attended Gulliver Prep in Miami as well as the U. Cant really see an individual from this upbringing and background being invloved with too many thugs or gangbangers

                                Most likely it happened because he acted like a hooligan. Just last year he rolled up on one of his neighbors because he said the guy stole his 4 wheelers, so him and his buddies kicked the shit out the guy and then pulled a gun on him.

                                He seems like one of those "Do you know who the fuck I am?!" kind of guys. Just took it too far with the wrong person I guess.

                                Sucks he's dead, but he was shot very close to his dick. Seems to me that it was personal. Straight up robbery would of been shot in the chest or head, not the dick.
