    Can you still travel if you have a pending charge?

    I am WAY to gangster and i have a pending charge on me, but my court isnt until oct. of next year,

    i have to stop through USA to get to Cancun in dec. will the boarder bitches let me through?

    Having a pending charge is not a problem. It is when you have already been to court that they will spell it out either way.

      i had a court date last week where i pled not guilty, but i was just wondering if the americans will stop me for my pending charge, or do i have to be found guilty for it to b in their system?

        Depends on the charge. If it's serious, I believe it gets through the system and they'll stop you. If it's not, don't sweat it.

            Its AFTER the court case where you cant fly. Like if your on probation or parole. Or if you have a warrant. You should be good to fly for now
