    can you only listen to podcasts on ipods.

    My ten gig ipod is dying, was thinking of just getting a cheap mp3 player to listen to podcasts of the news. Never used more then 1 gig so thats all I need. Can you listen to podcasts only on a ipod?

      So long as they are in MP3 format or a format your player reads.

      I sell a bunch of chinese mp3/mp4/wmv on Ebay. Check out DealExteme for a nice selection. They're all made in China and do pretty much the same thing. If you're not going the iPod route, they'll all do a good job.

          I used to listen to podcasts on my PC. I don't remember if I used I-tunes or not to play them, but I know I used it to download them.
