yes, the month started off strong, and the last week has been good day, bad day pretty much. It was this way last year too though, and it should level out over the next week.

my uniques are down by about 40%, but my page hits are the same. This I'll assume is due to book-markers and type-ins.

my gallery clicks are... well this week they're down, but I only just started tracking them <2 weeks ago. I really don't have a frame of reference.

My sales are... still 0. I would have thought I would have made a handful of sales by now, but it is a TGP after all...

Age of the site: about 6 months. $0 invested in traffic thus far. still working on the back-end and learning before I invest any money at all.

ref code swapping . i have been tracking it for awhile. kinda like zango works but it just replaces individual ref codes , ask your sponsor for a new ref code and see if it improves your ratio

WTF??? care to elaborate, that doesn't sound too good at all, two particularly sponsors I've been promoting with great success went from STEADY 1:200 or better to 1:3000 or so
