What's the business decision behind this whole ordeal? What obstacle are you trying to overcome as a company which led you to do this in the first place?

I for one am a regular and satisfied Epassporte customer. You have made my life easier many times, and I thank you!

I've yet to have a bad experience, and have had plenty money in our account.
