How to get info on private companies?
Is there anyway to lookup public records on privately owned companies? Other than who registered it? Like financials , or filings , or anything like that?

You can also lookup if anyone has any UCC's on the firm that'll tell you if creditors are after them. Usually the Department of State the corp. is in is a good place to start. most states have an online UCC search. It'll also give you an idea of who they do business with.
