Incest between adults is *not* illegal in any global sense. Even in the uptight United States for example, many blood-related adults, first cousins for example, can marry and have children. And in other countries, such things are downright commonplace. It is certainly rare (and weird) for brothers and sisters or sisters to have sex with each other, but not exactly illegal in most US states and countries, nor should it be when adults over eighteen are involved. (Not minors, that kind of forced incest is and should be punished severely!)
But when we are talking about two strippers or porn chicks playing around with one another, it's clearly just a tease, for entertainment and titillation . The only reason that most mainstream porn companies offline and online can't usually release such footage of sisters having sex with one another is because of the uptight credit card processing, and Visa rules which go far beyond the law to censor adult content. Same reason you have problems calling a web site MyDaughterIsFuckingaN*gger .com or you would have issues showing drug use or excessive violence in a porn scene.
I think it is bullshit, but you either have to censor your creative expression and limit the sisters from touching one another in the content, or you take your chances putting it out there that you will get your cc processing pulled, rightly or wrongly.
