1,8 are all signs of desperation. I'd probably go to the owner of the site and tell them to fire that person or make them the janitor. lol
2 is a toss up. sometimes it's true. the only way to back that one up is to put your money where your mouth is and make a guarantee. However, never speak like a fucking moron when trying to get traffic and don't ever ever ask someone for traffic on your first conversation. save it for a month or two.
6,7... lmao anyone who says this should go sell shoes at Nordstrom's.
As for your list of requests I'm sure a lot of people would do those for you. You have traffic and you can back up your talk.
