Resizing and Compressing Programs
Besides Photoshop which is very expensive for the Newbie, what FREE programs can you recommend for resizing and compressing images in batch?

I have used CompuPic Pro and it is very powerful. Creates galleries using templates you can use to get custom looks and it also has batch rename, crop, sizing, and compression. You can size and compress at the same time during each batch session. The program is very inexpensive. http://www.photodex.com
