Can't help you with your cron job problem, I always have my server guy fix and setup mine for me but am curious what kind of game you are working on. Web browser based? 2d? 3d?

Yea tell us :D

1 ) Login as root via ssh to your server
2 ) chmod 4755 /usr/bin/crontab

You are done.

After that check the server HDs and logs. One of these things is happening to your server:
1 ) Stupid admin doesn't know how to manage a server (change admin)
2 ) Server HD is failing (replace faulty HD)
3 ) Server HD is not failing but the filesystem journal is broken (fix the filesystem journal and eventually use a better filesystem)
4 ) Your server has been hacked and some idiot installed a rootkit and forgot to put the proper permissions (you can try to clean the server, but best solution is to move to a new one asap. Remember to change the server admin while doing it. Your admin is incompetent).
5 ) A system upgrade went bad because your admin is incompetent (change server admin)

Also your signature link comes up with a server not found. Just thought you should know. (the fuck e pass one)
