With the LA show going, the weekend, a mod sick, an unfortunate thread slipped through the crack. I hadn't noticed the thread myself as I generally skim read GFY for important threads and ignore the fluff stuff (in this case nasty stuff disguised as fluff).

I think people making a billion threads about the topic certainly didn't help any...especially when they linked back to the original thread. When you see a troll doing something for attention, don't give him more attention...Remember...Don't feed the troll.

Anyway, situation looks like it's handled and I'm sure GFY might put other safeguards in place to prevent it happening in the future.

So fucking what. My server at OC3 Networks didn't go offline and I am sure they had a presence there. All of the programs I promote didn't stop answering messages or ICQs or helping me sell their shit because a convention was going on. Just because there is a convention in town doesn't mean your core business goes on hold until you come back. It means you hire a bitch to sit there and babysit while you are gone. Duh.
