so as you can see the profit part does make a big differencemy minimum amount i need to earn is lower then US competition so of course that means i can beat prices or atleast match bigger companies

BTW i do not make content that somehow got confused into all this as well

How can you rent a 3 bedroom house and pay for food on less than $350 AUD/week?

really? i know a few content producers in qld, and the odd model, and they think differently.

in an industry this large i guess there is probably quiet a range depending on who you talk to.

Okay here are some numbers. And these come from what I pay, and a number of producers I know in Adelaide, Perth, Sydney and QLD.

These are the base that I have seen paid - often it can be quite a bit more. These are for your basic amateurs as well.

Basic Nude - No Legs Spread - Fairly Discreet - A$50/hr
Nude - Legs Spread - A$100/hr
Insertions - A$150/hr

Now if you take that into US dollars, and look at some producers. Now I talk to quite a few and know what they pay so I wont list that here, but I know they are roughly the same. I have seen Unseenworld quote on this board he pays US$50/hr for everything - so thats about A$95/hr for nude, toys, girl/girl, compared to me paying between A$100 and A$200 an hour for the same stuff.

Personally, my rates are - Basic nude, between A$50-A$100 hour, Leg Spread shots at A$100-A$150 hour, Actual fingers spreading - A$100-A$175 hour, Finger Insertions, A$125-A$175 hour, Toys - A$150 to A$200 hour, Girl Girl - A$150-A$250 hour, Guy/Girl - A$200-A$300+ and hour.

And I know producers that will go above that - I have seen A$300 and hour in Aus simple spread shots.

So while there is always going to be variation, even between producers, as a general rule I would say we are on par with the US.

Rents are much cheaper over here. I live 10 minutes from the centre of Brisbane and you can still rent a really nice 3 bedroom house in this area for about AUD $220-$280 a week. And I live in a reasoanbly upmarket area too. That converts to about US $120-$150 a week. Cost of living here in a little lower than in the US too, especially in cities like Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth. Sydney and Melbourne are a little pricier.

that could only be in brisbane.. which isn't exactly that big.. rents are fairly damn cheap up there because of the lower cost of the housing market... although brisbane is climbing rapidly.. most of the undeveloped north, gold, sunshine coast and brisbane are playing catch up with house prices at the moment.. I just paid 300k for a house on the same block as the water in Ballina. Two years ago it would have been $150k-$170k max.

mortgage is about $410 a week, we were paying $440 a week rent for a shitty 3 bedroom place in lilyfield, sydney, so even though it's climbing it's still nice and affordable, plus you get to be right next to the water.... man it's nice to get your feet wet 30seconds from your front door after being in the city for years..

So, where is the good nightlife in Australia? IF a guy from the US wanted to come over there and work and have some fun, where's the place to be?

My place is in Sydney in the South West side and i live in an area where the avg price is $400k value and i pay $240/wk in rent leaving $110/wk in food gas etc...which is very doable

i try my best to survive on no more then $400/wk ay and save everything else or invest it.....i'm always worring about the day the money stops and to stop worrying i just save everything so if shit goes down i am good moneywise for a few years

BTW i am about 40mins from the sydney CBD which is fuckin hot i pay cheap rent, no crime area and highway access all the way to the city

To buy a 3 bedroom house on the beach (about 20 minutes drive from the city/adelaide) would cost about 250k to 350k AUD on one of South Australia's nicest beaches. There is also a nudist beach about 5 miles down the road hehe.....

They were sending them to America before Australia was even discovered. The english used most of their colonies to send convicts to. They only stopped sending them to America after the war of independence..

I am continually amazed that people keep on bringing this up..

A. As if the small percentage of people that were actually related to the convicts are in any way a significant proportion of the current population.. it's like asking why americans don't all use smoke signals and live in teepees.. there are things like migration yannow. Plus it wasn't SOLELY for convicts.. there was parallel migration from england to the "new land".

and B. as though behaviour is hereditary in some lamarkian way.

and then there were the huge post world war two ones.
anglos, greeks (most of my family) central europeans, and even some western europeans, etc. very, very few desendents of convicts are left. the convicts had this habit of dying before breeding.
