they are a pain..but they work.

get the most expensive ones,

they actually work freagin amazing, my teeth came out white.

dont put them on your gums, just go through the box trust me it is worth it,

put them on while u r at the comp u barely notice them.

I asked my dentist and after looking at my teeth she said I'd better be off using them then getting a laser clean. She said her and her hubby uses them once in a while to whiten their teeth.

they stick to your teeth, they are so easy to use i dont see how anyone can have problems.
