Giving up a terrific stream of income for a one time payment is always a questionable decision unless that one time payment is massive.

I just have a feeling one of these days some big corporation's gonna try and take it over and probably turn it into an AVS or paysite or something

I have no doubt the Hun would sell. The guy is a genius. Cmon, he doesn't have the #1 site for years just because he came on the scene early ya know. He knows what works and if he sold, he could just do it again.

Successful people will always be successful. I thick one of Donald Trump's campaign (for president) sloagans was something like "make anyone over $100million pay a $14million tax to pay off the national debt."

While this may seem draconian (which it is), he had a point. Anyone who has $100million in net worth is a genius and would probably make it all back due to the economic boom resulting from no national debt. Yes, it is wrong to pull such a stunt but this shit applies. The hun is a genius - if he sold he could just rise to the top AGAIN.

If success of The Hun is due to the man running it and he could do it all over again tomorrow, who would offer him the money?
Unless he came with it.

It's like Banapro s.r.o. my company, buy that and I leave and what are you left with? A pile of good pictures but nothing in the future. Not that I'm as successful as the Hun, just a comparison.

Many business sales include a non-compete clause. That is why he wouldn't just do it all over... at least not soon.

I don't think The Hun would ever seel it, because he doesn't need to. There simply aint no reason to sell it
He can allready afford anything he wants, he just build his dream house (I read that in a dutch newspaper or magazine a few months ago) He has a ferrari. He has a wife and 2 kids.

What else does he want?

No the hun reviews all submissions himself, that is why it takes a while to get listed (among other factors).

I think TheHun would already have many other interests within the industry, which maybe don't depend on the TGP's traffic to survive. If so, for the right amount of money he may want to sell it. With a wife and '3' kids (the pages turned blue twice and pink once) he may have reached a time where he wants sit back and relax a little.

However, he is very dedicated to that site - yes he has reviewers - if your gallery gets past them, it goes to him for approval and then you'll get an email with an approval or decline or suggestion what to do to improve it. If that's not dedication to your site.....what is? I think that money is not everything for him, I think he enjoys taking care of that site so I don't think he'll get rid of it any time soon.

I could be wrong - but even if someone buys it - traffic/business dwindles quickly once there are major noticable changes in the foundations of a company.
