    TexasDreams...a Mod no more?

    I created this name a short time ago but have been around since 2001 as a lurker. TexasDreams was a Mod for a while and I remember him getting the gig because of the dancing banana craze. He was always one of the cooler, more down to Earth Mods but I see he is no longer a Mod. What happened?

    Like I said, today is the first time I've visited this forum in about a year and he posted in the Weiner thread. His custom title was ex-mod. I was just curious if someone could share why he isn't a Mod anymore. Did he step down or was he canned?

          gfy had a database error a couple nights ago around 3:00am pacific. I noticed his email address at adult.com was there for a contact. maybe he is still here? maybe they just didn't update the info ? ... its a mystery ...

                      Yea TD is a good guy. Also I think I remember him making an official thread about him not working with adult.com anymore.

                                      TD is a great guy and has a great sense of humor. He is no longer with Playboy / ICS; I belive he's with Homegrown now.

                                      The best mods to contact these days are Ice and Spannow.

                                                                      Anyway, since the question was asked, I'll try and fill things in as I recall them, and as they were relayed to me by other sources...

                                                                      The scuttlebutt is that Texas Dreams (aka TD) originally came to GFY to be a sex toy for Spannow and Belinda, who were into kinky three-way things.

                                                                      They heard TD had a dancing banana, if you know what I mean...

                                                                      Since all of the important jobs at ICS/Adult.com were already filled, they assigned him to play around on GFY.

                                                                      Eventually, TD needed a surgery, and since he was not technically a fulltime employee, he dyed his hair pink, and got breast implants, and apparently this worked, because Ice and he secretly eloped soon afterwards, so that Ice could get his freak on, and TD could get much needed health benefits.

                                                                      During this time, TD kept on trying to develop something that could top his dancing banana act on GFY, to no avail. This led to slower and slower speeds on the board, until Dean Capture had a public meltdown, attacking Lensman, Playboy, and all that was holy.

                                                                      Everything finally came to a head when it was discovered that TD had decided to become a porn star, assuming the stage name of Matt Erickson.

                                                                      Rumour has it that he was supposed to star in the first and only hardcore B/G scene with Sunny Leone, however when Cappy Tender Thighs got wind of this, he put the kebosh on that right away (some reports are that he has assumed the name Matt Erickson, although nobody has disclosed yet who will have to work as his stunt cock, because of...well, you know why).

                                                                      Soon afterwards, TD announced his departure from GFY, and everyone was posting in the Q & A Forum.

                                                                      I may have missed a few details, but that is the general story.

                                                                      So now you know...
