How can you guarantee his link? I was interested until I read this. Not really fair for the new owner to provide a link (ie. traffic) because you needed cash at some point and sold some cheap links before I bought it. I'd go $300 tops now.

yes this is weird man... How can u come to such decision to sell a site you were selling links on a week before? The new owner have NO obligations to keep links because it'll be his site!! He'd have all rights to do with it whatever he wants!
