What makes you guys sit up and take notice !!!

For just signup?

1) I'll take into account the recommendation of someone credible in my books.

2) How professional that program's own site looks and how promising are the sites I am going to promote.

these are some important factors that I consider before I signup. Of course others are payouts, terms etc.

And how well I promote depends on the how well my traffic do with a your sites.

That's a really good question... this will be interesting

In your case, it's mostly a matter of marketing to webmasters... plenty of routes to go there, but seldomly costless.

Besides that, the other factors of the equation "take care of themselves" pretty much, except for your efforts in catering to *your* affiliates (promotools like FHG's etc.)...
just as long as your stuff is on par with your competition... more joins will flow in.

Offer a date with Vicki contest and signing up gets you a shot at the contest.

I look for a girl thats involved in her site and also has feeds or "extras" that will keep members billing.

Thats what I'm saying about member interaction, i'm on the forum 2 to 3 times daily and we do loads of stuff like:
