Ugly don't enter into it. That site is clean efficient targeted, has a lot of relevant information and text and pictures...

Perfect SE/domain site imho.

You designer types think it has to be all graphics heavy and designy and flashy and shit, but that is not necessarily what sells.

domains like milf.com DO matter for SEO. I don't know if it matters specifically because the domain is related to the keyword (I definitely assume it does), but I do know that someone, somewhere gave him a backlink without ever visiting his site.
