For me it's about staying informed. So yes, I would have clicked on a thread whose title read more like: "I'm having problems with Epass AND Michael O" instead of the more childish "Epass etc SUCKS"

No, your biggest mistake is in thinking you are but a humble webmaster thus there is no need for you to conduct yourself in a professional manner or at the very least a bare semblance of intelligence when dealing with business issues such as this.

Why is it a mistake? Simple. Because down the road when it becomes more conducive to your business to network with others in this industry and on these boards a lot more than it may be necessary for you now, what will guys like you do when you find out no one worth a shit wants anything to do with you?
