Smart cars, Roger Penske, worlds biggest car dealer
BradM posted about the Smart car, here are a few facts about how they will be marketed and the guy doing it.
* The cars will be offered through a holding company owned by Penske Automotive Group. * Penske will establish dealers through out the US. * Penske, is Roger Penske of Penske Racing fame *Penske owns the largest volume car dealership in the world. His 29 acre Toyota/Lexus dealership sells over 20,000 cars a year, 56 A DAY! He owns over 150 dealerships not including the Sytner Group dealers in the UK. I have always been astounded with the volume of his flagship location, 20,000 cars a year from one location. Damn ...... |
