Hi,

We are finishing our Paygea integration this week. Patricia, will you be at Webmaster access this week? Let meet.

Mitch

PaygeaGrl 11-14-2007 07:23 AM

Hi Mitch,
Unfortunately, I will not be going. I couldn't get out of a wedding:-(

If you have some time, let's speak this week. As you already know, several of our adult merchants want to use your gateway with NATS so it's important to finish this up.

PS. As I mentioned in some of my other posts, I have been working in the adult industry since 1997. Out of all the processing Presidents, I have always respected how hands-on you are with the community.

Anyway, I am glad to see we can work together now.
Patricia

Do you want me to send you some info you can test us out?

ADL Colin 11-14-2007 07:40 AM

Buy a banner.

This will allow you to make announcements etc etc

GigoloMason 11-14-2007 07:45 AM

< would never be the first one to hop on a new processor bandwagon. Seriously how many times to people need to get burned before the lessons stick.

PaygeaGrl 11-14-2007 07:46 AM

already in the works with Eric. I'm all over it:-)

PaygeaGrl 11-14-2007 07:49 AM

We are not a new processor. We have been around for almost ten years now. We just never targeted a specific niche. Plus, we aren't a third party processor so you own the database and you get your funds twice a week possibly daily after you build us some history us.

PaygeaGrl 11-14-2007 07:51 AM

Also, we have a nice mix of sites in our portolio including mainstream. The only difference is that we are now building out a sales team to develop relationships rather them focusing solely on referrrals.

As far as I'm concerned, having never heard of you and knowing no one that has worked with you, you're a new processor. (or gateway as it appears although it's difficult to gather from your posts what exactly your company does) :2 cents:

Where are the nude fan signs? lol

PaygeaGrl 11-14-2007 08:14 AM

Once GFY gets our info for the banner, we will make a more formal announcement.

Established in 1998, we are a fully compliant registered ISO with our banks. We are a direct provider of merchant accounts and provide our proprietary gateway as part of our solution. Our gateway supports recurring billing, customized scrubbing, and reporting. However, if a merchant wants to use another gateway such as Netbilling or Jettis, they can.

Corporate Headquarters: Tel-Aviv, Israel
Support offices in North America including Montreal, BC, and Florida.
Multi-currency accounts available in USD, GBP, EURO, AUD, YEN, HKD (USD Standard)
VISA, MasterCard and Diners Club
Non-Aggregated Accounts only

Also, some merchants have come to us wanting to push some of their traffic through us as well as keep their ISPS. That's fine with us. If you are concerned about having to manage your own Customer Support for these sales, we do work with a company that provides 24/7 live customer support as well as live chat and email. They do charge an hourly fee but it is very reasonable. Basically, you can have your own merchant account for a fraction of the cost you might pay now and you can outsource your call center.

PaygeaGrl 11-29-2007 11:04 AM

Hi,
I hope everyone had a nice holiday. I have spoken with some of you and have given references to call/email. However, with direct MIDS, it's a bit difficult to give out merchant names since the own their own join pages, etc. Anyway, here was a great article that was written about us and an adult client in the UK. As I have mentioned before, our rates are the best out there for the level of service you get. We will continue to grow this part of our business and become tighter with this community.

Thanks,
Patricia

With the entrance of so many shady services in the pay category lately, many of us are not going to take the word of someone who shows up touting merchant services for truth right off the bat.

If you don't have a problem telling the community who some of the reputable programs using you are, from a marketing standpoint I can see that helping you tremendously.

Thanks.

There are a few references here now and I can give you more if you contact me direct. Will you be in Vegas?

Ironically after my initial disdain we are now working with Paygea, and thus far nothing but good things to say :)

see! You insulted my post and then went around my back to sign up:-)))

Just kidding--Honestly, we are one team here and are working on building credibility in the industry. We have been doing this for years now but too many merchants have been burned in the past by unknown processors. References are key so thanks for the kind words!

Anyone else need a merchant account??? Let me know. Come direct and save:-)

Can you provide physical addresses for your 'support' centers in Montreal, BC and Florida?

Who is behind the company? Who owns/operates the company? What can you tell us about the management team?

What bank(s) are you a registered ISO through (and please don't say there are too many to name).

P.S. See Sig......

One of our main offices is based in Montreal

Paygea
1751 Richardson, Suite 2104
Montreal, Quebec, H3K 1G6

our support center is in BC. I will post that address tomm. Also, the other offices including the UK have physical locations as well. I am based in Florida and have been working from my home office. We are opening an office here in Jan. So, if you want to have a meeting with me, I would need to take you down to the beach for a cocktail for the time being. I will post the management team overview in the morning.

More importantly, unlike a third party processor, the amount of time and the actually $ amount we hold of your money is very limited. Just like with the other programs we work with, we don't expect you to push all your joins through us...test and get comfortable with us first. Try Paygea for a portion of your sales for three, six, nine months or a year until you are 100% sure you like working with us. We don't ask for exclusivity so you can use multiple processors. We just don’t want all your declines:-)

PaygeaGrl 12-10-2007 05:24 PM

Some of you guys are now working with Paygea through third party companies. In case you didn't know, we do provide complete incorporation services in-house as well and will manage the process from beginning until you start processing through our bank. All incorporations will be set up by an attorney who has worked with us for years. Once the incorporation is ready, will issue the MID.. If you are already incorporated, send me an email and we will get your account live within 48-72 hours.

Thanks,
Patricia

Not sure what you mean by that..Yes, we are a payment processor. My point is that merchants sometimes worry about the incorporation process and try to find someone to handle it. Although we don't promote it, we do offer the service to companies that want to work with us.

jrzeygirl 12-11-2007 06:56 AM

Some of my clients work with Patricia...If you go with Paygea for a merchant account, make sure you go direct rather than through an agent...you will save alot on the fees. :thumbsup

Thanks Bari! The total cost for EU incorporations is $1500 through our attorney. Once the incorp is complete, we can get the mids live within a few days. Savings is about 25-30% when you come direct to Paygea for a merchant account.

I have to convert it from PDF-I will send it today. For years, CAL has taken very good care of our merchants and gives Paygea the opportunity to cure issues rather than terminate the accounts. If someone got burned my CAL, it could have been on the processor level(another registered ISO)..was that the case? I know we have always been straight up with our clients and go to bat with CAL if something doesn't seem fair. Let me know if you know anyone who had issues with us.

Is it in the trendiest area of Montreal? No..Is it in a beautiful building..yes. However, I really don't think it matters. I know a few processors who had amazing buildings and it didn't help them get payouts on time.

As long as we do our job, make sure our merchants get paid--then if a brick is a bit worn on the outside of a building, I don't see the problem.
