    Sorry if this is "soooo passe." This jazz is new to me.

    I just discovered it. I'm nosy. You can get the market value of any residential address you put in! I'm not in any position to take on the responsibility of owning a home just yet, but I'm starting to prepare myself. As for the neighborhoods I like.... well... I'm going to have to start taking my piggy bank a little more seriously.

      Add 10-20% to the price to get a more realistic value

              Zillow appraised one of my properties at $215k. The actual appraisal came in at 249.9k

              $35k difference. this site hurts the market and your homes value rather than helps it.

Somewhere in the that mix is sex, drugs, and rock&roll (maybe not literally, but it was fun to say).... once past that, the piggy starts smiling more. I've got a long ways to go.
