You know, eBay and law enforcement should not even help people like this guy. There is far too much real fraud going on that needs attention and what ends up happening is that instead of dealing with true fraud, all of the resources get taken up helping stupid people like this because they smile real good for the cameras (retarded people always smile, they don't know what they are smiling about, but they smile away) when it comes time for some law enforcement agency to justify its existence or seek more funding or whatever and they use this guy as an example of one of the many people who was helped by the org. I have paid for stuff by WU in the past on eBay and had no problems. You just have to do it carefully and you have to be smart about it. There clearly isn't anything smart about this guy, so the result is no surprise.
