WU is not even allowed on eBay, u r so fucking stupid.

Where was the receiver located? Nigeria? Romania? Indonesia? Russia?

You might be able to do something if the receiver was in the States.

Shipping and handling: $1400.00
20" rims and tires: $2500.00

Flying out to his house and putting a Glock in his mouth: Priceless.

Also refused to give me a refund.. I have a phone # and address, the seller is in US. Should I sue his ass? for $3000, is it worth it?

get his eBay account information and go file a police report.

my question is why the fuck are you buying rims where the shipping and handling is almost a grand more then they are, USED FOR THAT MATTER, goto a fucking retail and get the same things for no shipping... you're an idiot and deserve that man...

Probably not. Most likely the US address is a drop point and some pawn will forward it to him overseas.

shipping was supposed to be $600, he asked for $600 and $14000 later. Sale price was $2500 for everything including shipping

Blame yourself, your the idiot for not taking the time to educate yourself before you bought. You clearly didn't read, either. You cant load 10 pages on eBay without seeing warnings not to use P2P instant cash transfer sources. You also skipped over the information for new buyers on the tour, I bet you said "I know what I am doing!!!" as you skipped right on by it, otherwise you would have known that feedback happens AFTER the sale and exchange of goodies.

A fool and his money soon part. Where is that pic that people kept posting up here that said something about "$4500, when your too stupid to keep it, they'll take it" or something when you need it?

minusonebit 11-08-2007 07:43 PM

You know, eBay and law enforcement should not even help people like this guy. There is far too much real fraud going on that needs attention and what ends up happening is that instead of dealing with true fraud, all of the resources get taken up helping stupid people like this because they smile real good for the cameras (retarded people always smile, they don't know what they are smiling about, but they smile away) when it comes time for some law enforcement agency to justify its existence or seek more funding or whatever and they use this guy as an example of one of the many people who was helped by the org. Meanwhile, the rest of us that have to deal with real fraud and sneakyness get zero assistance because the people minding the house are off helping this retard and people like him get his money back.

I have paid for stuff by WU in the past on eBay and had no problems. You just have to do it carefully and you have to be smart about it. There clearly isn't anything smart about this guy, so the result is no surprise.
