Honestly, do you think it is?

I'm sure everything on the McRib comes from some part of the pig. I seem to remember reading an article that it was developed by grad students from various leftover pork parts, including the shoulder, but not at all including the rib. I guess McPigShoulder wasn't as catchy.

I confess I hadn't had one in years and saw the sign and bought one just to see if it was as good as I thought it was 10 years ago. Not bad, but not something I would buy more than once a year.

I love the McRib and I'm not afraid to admit it! I remember the beta testing of it back in the 80s when I was a kid :)
