Water is my Windex
Whenever I start feeling a little sick... the head cold... I drink a glass of water and almost instantly start feeling better. Continue drinking water as much as I can and it slowly goes away and I begin feeling better.
With cold season coming down and people everywhere getting their first sickness of the winter... be sure to drink plenty of water!
