and ill tell you this is what you get when you post stuff like this. They DDOSsed us twice and today is the 3rd time. The servers can barely stand and go down all the time. Same origin same IP ranges. Fucking assholes.

I can tell you were not done with these assholes. I wont shut up and neither will all the other sponsors who are fed up with the sites they run and the stolen newsgroup content they use.

Weve been threatened twice already. Heres proof. I should have posted this long ago already - as a wellknown webmaster here told me to do.

I hope they rot in hell when they get served by our lawyer. And no I wont stop posting in their shitty threads. I want everyone to know that when you push Serious Partners youre pushing underaged and stolen crap. Yes they have been DMCAd but hey youre in Russia with some offshore crap Gibraltar address so who cares.

Content producers just actually submit a valid DMCA to CCbill (most never do) that talks about "THIER" content. Then CCbill will make them proove ownership/usage rights or take it down. Repeat offenses are not that tolerated with CCbill either.

Ask them or get a hold of Corvette and talk to him if you have doubts. CCbill has always been content producer friendly, you just need to serve them properly and about your own material. They can not just guess, assume, nor monitor every single site that they process for.

I understand your concerns and anger. You have every right to come here and post about your experiences......BUT.....If you can't back a CP claim then you should not make a CP claim.

Yes, I looked at the site and I saw NOTHING that resembled a 12 year old or any other underage models. Now, I did not go through the site with a fine toothed comb but I did check it out a bit before I made my initial post to you.

If you think there is a CP issue there then turn them into somebody who has the right, by law, to investigate such things OR post indisputable proof.

They don't have the ID's... that's his point. They have some exclusive sites too, but their "home made" sites are just newsgroup content.

They're in Russia so they have to obide by Russian law, but after taking a look at their members area I won't touch that program with a ten foot pole.
