... it has turned a weird shade of purple and the doc. says smoking and a mischievous past may have just killed it. I see the doc again on tuesday to find out the verdict. Has anyone come across this kind of decision before? he says give up the fags and bongs to have any chance but i said life sucked without it. He said "its your life" and i said "its your job" then i left. Damn they have no idea about delivery, and all the blood and guts seems to have worn away any compassion whatsoever - making them ruthless and judgemental. damn. ironic that i played cheif big toe in a comical playwrite called "the last custard stand" many moons ago....

Wyldworx - My advice to you is to quit right away. You may have a susceptibility that will accelerate fast and cause serious complications. A friend of mine suffered a similar fate to that guy in that website.

I was recently diagnosed with peripheral vascular disease. I think it's very similar if not the same as you. Mine was also caused by smoking cigarettes but enhanced by smoking methamphetamine and years of cocaine abuse. I've been clean since June including nicotine. I asked doctor if it was fatal and he said "That's up to you".
