This might be a stupid question, but are those postmarks made by the post office or are they stamped on by CCBill with their Pitney Bowes machine? If so, is it possible that they were stamped one day but not actually mailed until later?
And this might be a stupid guess, but I wonder if CCBill recently started dropping their mail at a different branch that wasn't staffed to sort all of their mail? Didn't they just move or something? If so (and I'm only guessing and pulling this out of my ass) my only beef is that with as many people emailing them about late checks the past month or so, that CCBill didn't follow-through on it with their local postmaster or at least bother to PRETEND even that they cared about the complaints instead of just giving us those bullshit "we have no control over the mail" responses. Also, sometimes people just want to hear a simple and genuine "sorry" even if it's total bullshit.

It's the PB meter machine stamp. It's also against postal regulations to "pre-stamp" first class mail like that and they will not accept it if you do (It makes them look bad... ie..delayed delivery...hahah)... thus why we have seen the double stamps before from Ccbill. All of us also get checks every week like clockwork. There just seems to have been a hickup this time. Then as we have stated why would we pay for a damn wire?

They did for me. They asked for all the information and then a few days later I got my check. My email subject was "CCBill Check (10-14-2007)" so you may want to try that. Tell them you still haven't gotten your check and they should ask you for your affiliate id, name, zipcode, and check amount. Then they'll reply back that they are working with the postal service to sort out the issue etc and you'll be notified when they fix it or reissue it.Comment

Bad news - the one from 10/14 period hasnt shown up and just got an email from CCBill saying I will have to pay them a $20 fee if I want that check

I called them again, they said I have to pay them $20 to put a stop payment on the check, and I wouldn't receive the replacement for about 2 weeks.

Still no check from 10/14 and of course my 10/21 has not arrived yet either.
They have my info, account numbers, emails, etc. No reply yet from phone call though.
Also I will be damned if I am about to pay for up to three missing checks, sure if I happened to be the only person fine but obviously this has effected a large number of people. They better well eat the fee's.Comment

I did get this weeks checks (10/21), yesterday, but am still owed last weeks checks (10/14). When I called to let them know I was told the 10/14 checks will be considered officially missing after 10 days. I normally get my checks every Thursday so I'm giving them 10 business days from then. If I don't get those checks by next week Thursday I'll call CCBill back, they'll cancel those checks and issue new ones. I hope.Comment

My CCBIll check didn't come again today.
I called them. They said if I made a stop payment today and paid the $20 fee that the check would be resent November 19th. They said if I waited to make a stop payment until Tuesday (since Monday is a holiday) that my check wouldn't go out until November 26th.
