I tend to get a late delivery here and there, usually due to the post office....your thread shows bad taste - a simple call to ccbill or waiting a few days would have been the way to go. Unless of course you are living check to check and are in desperate need of instant action....

Nah, I just wanted to know. Sometimes their checks get cut a few days later around holidays. I didn't want to call etc if everyone else hadn't got theirs. I'm not saying anything bad about CCBill :P I love those guys just checking in but looks like its just me.Comment

I did have a strange thing happen with one of my accounts a couple months ago. I hadn't been receiving checks for about 4 weeks, which was rare with this particular program. When I called CCBill to inquire, they said that for some reason my address had been "invalidated", or something like that.
They took care of the problem right away and I started getting checks from that program again the next week.Sig too big

Still dont have mine nor do others I work with on the site. I am only one state away here in CA. I find it very hard to believe that the mail is late in the 3 different states we are in. Something got screwed up.Comment

Lately our checks have arrived two or three days later than normal. Normally we get our checks on Thursdays (years ago we got them on Wednesdays, but whatever), but lately? We can't count on them to even come before our bank is closed for the weekend.
I get really tired of everybody rushing to give CCBill a big rimjob whenever anyone simply ASKS about late checks, as though it's an inquiry only the pathetic would make, or something that can be explained away by slow mail, or something we should all pay wire transfer fees to avoid rather than asking at least for an explanation or answer to why direct deposit is not available (has ccbill responded to that request? I've seen people ask about it a bazillion times and don't think I've ever noticed a response).
I feel like I thank CCBill enough by paying thousands of dollars in processing fees to be able to get our money in a predictable, reliable fashion. The dismissive "it's the USPS" responses aren't cutting it and I don't feel like we should have to show our gratitude by pretending it's no big deal that our checks aren't arriving until days later than usual or not even coming the same week they used to.
Give us a real answer to why our checks are arriving later and later or give us direct deposit. How is it possible that Verotel has had direct deposit available for years, but CCBill still hasn't set it up yet? I don't get it.Comment

Mine usually come on Thursday, but it didn't yesterday. Not sure if it came today or not, they go to my address in Michigan, so I need to call there and find out if it came or not.

No check here yet either. Though after talking to the wife she said do you mean the pile of checks you get on Saturdays? I asked more and she showed me some and yup they were ccbill. Apparently we have been getting ours on Saturday now for so long that my wife reffers to them as the Saturday checks.
Personally had no clue. I do the books yet I do not check the mail and at the end of any quarter all my statements line up and I am never missing any dates. So I guess I just did not notice.Comment

If CCBill really is sending them out at the same time they used to, they should find out what's happening at the post office branch where their shit gets sorted instead of just giving us these robotic "we have no control over the mail" responses.Comment

it's not their responsibility to work around your bank's schedule -
If you don't like getting your check through the mail, hire a donkey courier OR pick up your checks in person -
If you can't appreciate what ccbill has built, start your own processing company like chio -
they offer wire transfers which make them money vs costing them -
I assume you do not understand the basics of a business (or personal) budget. Sweating it out and checking the mail everyday makes for a stressful life -
