Thx man...I tell you it's been tough even with the lap band to help along. I have learned through all of this, I still can't have a bunch of crap in the house, because I have not yet overcome those cravings.

As long as its not here, I won't go out and get it. I sent over $150 worth of food out of my house yesterday, because I did not want left overs in the house to munch on.

I wanna drop a bit of weight... I stopped playing soccer for 4 months now and I've put on a bit of a belly LOL. Got back into playing soccer and I'm using my treadmill and cross trainer in my house every day. Trying to drop the belly for Christmas!
