Talked to supervisor Adam on the phone yesterday, said he'd call me when they've figured out what's going on with the checks. Still no call from them, and no check.

I GOT mine today. Woah. Also in Florida so not sure whats up. They sent me an email telling me they were talking to the Postal Service.

Do you still have the envelope? I'm curious to see what the postmark date is?

For those still missing them I urge you to email CCBill. They'll ask for your information and record your missing check. They are in talks with the Postal Service and trying to sort out the problem.

Mine came today, post marked the 29th so it was mailed on time. Post Office fuck up I guess.

I did that when they recommended in this thread - and got basically a canned email back - and no one ever asked for any information after I emailed them

This might be a stupid question, but are those postmarks made by the post office or are they stamped on by CCBill with their Pitney Bowes machine? If so, is it possible that they were stamped one day but not actually mailed until later?

And this might be a stupid guess, but I wonder if CCBill recently started dropping their mail at a different branch that wasn't staffed to sort all of their mail? Didn't they just move or something? If so (and I'm only guessing and pulling this out of my ass) my only beef is that with as many people emailing them about late checks the past month or so, that CCBill didn't follow-through on it with their local postmaster or at least bother to PRETEND even that they cared about the complaints instead of just giving us those bullshit "we have no control over the mail" responses. Also, sometimes people just want to hear a simple and genuine "sorry" even if it's total bullshit.

Oh well.

It's the PB meter machine stamp. It's also against postal regulations to "pre-stamp" first class mail like that and they will not accept it if you do (It makes them look bad... ie..delayed delivery...hahah)... thus why we have seen the double stamps before from Ccbill. This means they attempted to drop too late and had to rerun the letters back through (no additional postage) with the next day's date.

I believe that this time it was the post office's fault.

AGS-17 this has nothing to do with wires.

All of us also get checks every week like clockwork. There just seems to have been a hickup this time. Then as we have stated why would we pay for a damn wire?

Hell that would run me about an extra 5200.00 a year to get my money, no thanks.

I received my check today for PE 10/21, and dated 11/5. Still nothing for PE 10/14.

Mine still hasn't come. My check from the 21st should show up tomorrow if it's on it's normal schedule, but still nothing from the 14th.

They did for me. They asked for all the information and then a few days later I got my check. My email subject was "CCBill Check (10-14-2007)" so you may want to try that. Tell them you still haven't gotten your check and they should ask you for your affiliate id, name, zipcode, and check amount. Then they'll reply back that they are working with the postal service to sort out the issue etc and you'll be notified when they fix it or reissue it.

Well - good news - the check from 10/21 period showed up - postmarked 10/31
Bad news - the one from 10/14 period hasnt shown up and just got an email from CCBill saying I will have to pay them a $20 fee if I want that check :(

I called them again, they said I have to pay them $20 to put a stop payment on the check, and I wouldn't receive the replacement for about 2 weeks.

Anyone else told the same thing?

Still no check from 10/14 and of course my 10/21 has not arrived yet either.
They have my info, account numbers, emails, etc. No reply yet from phone call though.
Also I will be damned if I am about to pay for up to three missing checks, sure if I happened to be the only person fine but obviously this has effected a large number of people. They better well eat the fee's.

That is kinda lame, considering the amount of people that have had this issue. They should not be charging anyone a fee as this obviously isn't our fault.

Well, thats what I did a few days ago, got the canned email, gathered and sent them all the info on all my accounts that were missing checks and haven't heard shit back

Got the same response which was discouraging BUT I also got my check today (wed.) I would give it until Friday to see if it shows up in your mail.

My 10/14 checks came today (postmarked 10/29) almost 1 week late. I should get more tomorrow (Thursday) if everything is back to normal.

Yep it was the mailman and he brought me two ccbill checks. One dated Oct 29th and the Second dated Nov 5th.

The mail came today and the CCBill check still hasn't arrived

Got mine from 10/21 today, but still no 10/14

Got another one for period 10/21 dated 11/5

No 10/14 still and no 10/21 for me yet. Should be 3-4 checks per period too. Starting to suck now. BTW yes ccbill has my info and I told them a bit back.

I did get this weeks checks (10/21), yesterday, but am still owed last weeks checks (10/14). When I called to let them know I was told the 10/14 checks will be considered officially missing after 10 days. I normally get my checks every Thursday so I'm giving them 10 business days from then. If I don't get those checks by next week Thursday I'll call CCBill back, they'll cancel those checks and issue new ones. I hope.

I called ccbill yesterday and was told that there was a delay on the us postal services end and that it was mailed on 10-29-07. I got my check for the period 10-14-07 to 10-20-07 today!

My CCBIll check didn't come again today.

I called them. They said if I made a stop payment today and paid the $20 fee that the check would be resent November 19th. They said if I waited to make a stop payment until Tuesday (since Monday is a holiday) that my check wouldn't go out until November 26th.
