Here's my mouth - I'm putting money in it...
All right - I keep telling everyone I can take a member's area and increase retention by at least 5%. I've been hired to do a bunch of them lately and the results have been fine. But there's still plenty of skeptics so...
Let's do an experiment - FIRST person to hit me up here, I'll look at your mem area and outline changes for free via email. If you're willing to execute the changes we can monitor the increase for 30 days and then we'll come back here and you can tell everyone whether I made you more money or if I was full of shit. Anyone wanna take me up on the offer or shall I go put my thumb back up my butt and watch some TV? =]

All i have to say about mark is i hired him 3 months ago and i could not be happier with him. he is a man of his word and knows his shit when it comes to getting convertions and getting retention up. My investement with mark has come back to me many times over already ...
