Phantasy Star 3 for the Sega Genesis, I was hooked on that game forever, it's probably my all time favorite RPG.
Metroid for the NES also tops my list, he he he. |

Pepper II and Burger Time on Coleco Vision kicked ass.

Phantasy Star I for the Sega Master System was good too. First person dungeons were pretty cool for the time and pretty amazing for such a shitty console.

Just found this site. They've got all kinds of ROMS and just about every emulator out there for classic games, even Neo Geo. No Nintendo though, probably for legal reasons. |
the dumbest thing nintendo had when we first bought it was the activity pad you jumped up and down on. We had some track and field game. Took us about two hours to figure out that you could sit on the couch and just pound your feet up and down.
The robot that came with it was kind of cool but I am not sure if it actually worked. |
oh and mr do. Colleco.

yeah, they have a big one of those machines in an open window at an arcade in London. Always a tourist on it.

Tough one.
The console game I enjoyed the most ever was Chrono Cross for the PSX... but best ever? Not sure about that. I loved all the old SNES, NES, Genesis games, but one could hardly say they are the best ever. |
