    La Jolla House - 477k

I don't know the first thing about CA (never been) but I know La Jolla is a "player's area"... or at least that I perceive. Is this a bargain or am I wrong? http://sandiego.craigslist.org/rfs/464799626.html

Lol, thats definitely not a house in La Jolla, CA. It appears like its adsense spam as the link just goes to a page with a pic and no info at all on the house.

I went to Mera Mesa High, not far from La Jolla and while I'm no expert on recent CA coastal real estate prices this seems like it's way beyond a good deal - there must be some toxic waste somewhere close by for the price to be so low.

Its obvious someone is just spamming craigslist with ridiculous deals to draw clicks to their adsense sites in hopes of generating some pennies. The link the ad provides says pics and details but when you click it, it just takes you to a page with a pic and adsense ads. I just moved from La Jolla two years ago and I can't recall any area like that pic where there is that much room between houses and the look of the house also doesn't fit the area. The spammer is probably placing these ads in every city with ludicrous deals on houses just to get people to click their link.

There's no possible way that house is in southern CA.
            Try Georgia.

That house would be at like $4 million in La Jolla.
I dont think I've ever seen red brick on a house in socal either.

the only way that house is 477k is if the lot is sold separately for 2mill

isn't it "mira mesa" ? when did you go to school there, i have a few friends who went there as well.

and yes i agree with everyone else, there's no way that house is in la jolla for that amount of money.
