Actually, I am now deciding where to go for new years eve and Turkey seems like good place. I don't care about propaganda stories about instability and problems since I know very good what media can do and how much they can ruin image of some country following political reasons and dictation from their governments. Also , I understand why some people don't care for EU (although this is personal opinion and should be respected like that).

really interesting to me. growing up in america i kinda had the impression that turkey was a bowl of dirt. but it's nice to see real pictures. place looks like a regular European city with a tremendously beautiful history.

Istanbul is one of the most beautiful cities in the world I think. Another place in Turkey that is so beautiful that you won't believe what you're seeing is Olu Deniz. See pic. And believe it or not, in reality is actually more beautiful!

Olu Deniz is really nice. Great parasailing there too.
