Now gatica is more profound and possible. Not to mention a whole fucking lot sooner than latter. We are litterally just a few steps of privacy away from it. Currently people will trade std tests, you can do at home drug tests, send of dna samples for other studies like parental etc. Just would really take one lab with some serious guts to offer some deeper dna testing.

Oh and there are now sperm banks that pre screen in certain ways for looks, race, education level and IQ of parents, athletic builds, etc. Perfectly legal so far, and they claim its not for superior breeding stock lol.

Not really. The article even points out that he thought everyone would evolve into one coffee color. Its more about class than race in his estimate, silly as it is.
