    beat the flu in 12 hours...record time

    i felt it coming on the day prior (lil bit of sickness)

    so i started eating large amounts of food & drinking lots of fluid

    yesterday when the fever started, i went & got some vi-q-tussin (vicodin & robotussin) from the doc

    covered up in a down comforter (that now needs 2 be washed)

    let my fever get up to around 99.9 for 3 hours...& up to 103 last nite, for a good 5 or 6+/- hours (hydrated every hour that i woke up in pain with one 30oz glass of water)

    woke up around 8am drenched in a pool of water....flu = outta hurrrr

    feel like a million bucks today...its all about preparation & hydration
