    Ouch $60 bucks to take out 1K CDN on Epass

    Holly cow! it just cost me $60.00 bucks to take out $1000.00 Cdn from Epassporte. I don't think the exchange rate is that bad. Epass you are getting a little crazy!

                          its visa's fee not epass's.....next time take out USD and not CANADIAN and exchange them somewhere with no fees

                                  Do the ATM's determine the exchange rate or epass? ATMs here in canada only charge 1.50 for withdraw and then you add on 2 bucks for epass' charge and the rest would be exchange. I just got some out a few hours ago and agree, we are getting screwed from someone.

                                  Oh, and you can't take out USD from canadian ATMs.
                                  you don't know you're wearing a leash if you sit by the peg all day..

                                              It is a combination deal:

                                              Exchange rate is 1.03945 right now (from XE.COM). Typically, your canadian bank will take 1 to 2 cents on there as well, call it 1.06. Then you pay an ATM fee on top of that. So you got off actually pretty cheap.

                                                          Ya it kinda sucks for us Canucks now. We get paid in US dollars and it was always great when we changed it to CDN because we always got more. Now that our dollar is higher it's like we're losing money.

                                                          Then again it is great to go shopping now in the States
