Computer help, beeping

Whenever I use a prog like Moviemaker or am backing up my files, shit will restart and then during restart it will beep twice; both beeps are different tones, the pattern is like this : 1-2 1-2 1-2

By bios is Phoenix. So I checked on-line and it said that with this pattern of beeping it means : "Load alternate registers with initial POST values." I have no idea what that means even after searching in Google.

What do I do now? Could it also be a memory problem? Unfortunately I don't have any other memory sticks here to test... Or a power supply problem?
